Kaoshi is an international money transfer solution that can be used to transfer money between individuals and businesses across borders. All that’s needed to access Kaoshi’s service is an internet connection. Hence, it can be operated from anywhere in the world.
You can cancel a transfer request. However, it is advisable to do so before being matched to another individual. To cancel your request, simply navigate to Posting under Matched Offers. Click on Cancel Post to cancel your transfer request. Your request will be immediately removed from our server.
The Kaoshi platform can be accessed from a laptop, a tablet, as well as a desktop computer. The Kaoshi platform is intuitive, giving you the same great experience across different devices.

The recipient of your money transfer doesn’t have to be enrolled with Kaoshi. All you need to do is provide the person’s payment details, which could be a bank account detail, PayPal email, or a mobile number. Once your request has been approved, the person will be paid locally, in their local currency, using a local money transfer method, thereby eliminating outrageous forex fees.
You will be notified by the system when the payment has been made to your recipient. You can then ask your recipient to confirm that they have indeed received the payment. Furthermore, depending on the recipient’s mode of receiving the fund, they may receive credit alerts from their financial service provider.
There are no sending limits on the Kaoshi platform. However, there might be sending limits with your recipient’s bank. Kindly verify with your recipient if such limits exist for them.
First of all, verify with your peer if they have made the transfer. If they haven’t, remind them to do so. If they continue to delay, contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Is my information secure?

Kaoshi is designed with security as its topmost concern. It uses state-of-the-art technology to ensure the security of all financial transactions conducted on the app. So whether you are posting a transfer request or sending payment information, be rest assured that your information is secure.
Not at the moment. You can only connect one email address to your Kaoshi profile.
You can easily switch between accounts by simply tapping the sign out button and then signing into the platform using the username and password of your other account. Please note that signing out of your Kaoshi account does not disrupt your posted requests for money transfer. However, you will have to sign in to access any information concerning that account.

How To Use The Kaoshi App

The Kaoshi app is intuitive and easy to use. When you log into the app, you can navigate to different sections of the app using the menus section that slides in from the left.


This is the home page of the app. Here you can create and post a request for money transfer. Once completed, the request goes live for every user to see and interact with.
This page on the app shows you a list of active money transfer requests that have been matched but have not been completed. These offers are each undergoing a confirmatory process to ensure both parties are satisfied.
This page on the app shows you a list of money transfer requests that have been confirmed and are hence no longer active.
This page on the app shows you a history of recipients you’ve sent money to in the past.
This particular function of the app alerts you when a new money transfer request is made with a rate that is either higher than or lower than your requested rate. It invites you to either match the request, if the rate suits you, or not.
This is where you can search for other users on the Kaoshi platform and see their ratings.
This page of the app allows you to change your settings. You can change your profile name and picture here. You can also change your password and modify the notification settings of the app.
This page allows you get in direct contact with Kaoshi’s support team, who are always available to answer your questions and solve any problems arising from the use of the Kaoshi app.
This menu allows you to logout of the Kaoshi platform when you’re done with each transaction.
